I know that some of you will just delete this but please do read this as it's quite important to me.

I do volunteer work with a local charity called Noah's Ark Trust which is a bereavement charity ([link]) and for them I am part of a youth forum so we deal with things such as marketing and advertising.

At the moment the charity is in trouble as in England there is a recession and people are being very tight with their money, Noah's Ark is a completely free charity that relies on nothing but fundraisers and donations.

The people in the video above are two people who are in the youth forum with me and this video was to try and get the BBC to sponsor us for 2010 which we did win and since then we've borrowed up to £5000 worth of equipment to make a DVD to try and help other young people in the same situation as us.

What I'm asking you to do is to donate just £1 for a fundraiser that my boyfriend and I are doing to try and raise £100 for the charity. To send a young person through this charity it is around £1000 which is quite a lot of money when you think about it.

Why I'm asking you to help me do this is because without this charity I would have sunk into my own grief after losing one of my closest mates James and my Nan to cancer, I was never able to grieve until I got in contact with this charity and I really do owe them my life as without them I honestly do not know what I'd have done. Also because of this charity my mother was able to come to terms with the death of her mother and finally sit down and talk to me about it on the weekend away we went on with other young people and their parents.

I'm actually crying while writing this because I still miss James and my Nan so much it hurts >.<
